These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of solaebydronika.com and any purchase you make from Solae by Dronika ("Solae", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Products, customisation and made-to-order pieces
Every Solae piece is made in India. We offer customisation on every piece — including changes to length, fit and colour — arranged directly with us over Instagram or WhatsApp. Any piece produced or altered to your specifications is a made-to-order item and is treated as bespoke. Please read our Cancellation and Refunds Policy carefully before requesting customisation, as bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Our pieces carry hand-applied embellishment. Slight variations in embellishment placement occur as part of the making process and are a natural characteristic of each piece rather than a defect. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and display.
4. Pricing and taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed before you complete payment. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm receipt by email, but a contract is formed only when we accept your order and begin production or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where an item is unavailable, where pricing or product information was listed in error, where we are unable to verify your details, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Your use of a payment gateway is additionally governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
7. Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for dispatch and delivery timelines. Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property
The Solae name and mark are protected intellectual property of the business. All content on this site — including designs, product photography, written content and the Solae logo — is owned by or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or bulk-copy site content, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes or government action.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within one month.
